You should bring two sets of clothing: one for warm weather inside the campus, and another for cold weather outdoors. The weather will range from 18 to 25 degrees. We recommend bringing comfortable shoes, sportswear, and a hat. Don’t forget personal hygiene items and other daily essentials.

There is a medical station on site that provides qualified care. If you have specific medical conditions, please notify the shift supervisors. The Forum administration recommends bringing a personal first-aid kit with essential medications.

Forum participants will be provided with hot meals adapted to individual dietary needs (regular, vegetarian, halal). The Forum administration strongly recommends against bringing perishable food items to avoid food poisoning. Snacks are available for purchase at commercial outlets within the Forum.

A group transfer will be organized from Kazan on the day of the participants’ arrival. The departure time will be announced in advance.

Participants are responsible for covering their own travel expenses to and from Kazan. The Forum organizers may send a request letter to the participant’s educational institution for the purpose of subsequently reimbursing transportation costs incurred.

List of items prohibited from being brought onto the Forum premises:
1. Alcoholic and alcohol-containing beverages, including beer;
2. Cigarettes and nicotine-containing products, including IQOS, Glo, hookahs, vapes, e-cigarettes, JUUL, snus, etc.;
3. Psychotropic and narcotic substances;
4. Prescription medications, unless accompanied by a document confirming the necessity of their use;
5. Firearms and bladed weapons of all kinds (including gas-powered ones);
6. Stabbing and cutting objects not intended for everyday use during the Forum;
7. Gas canisters and cartridges for gas pistols (revolvers) containing nerve agents or tear gas;
8. Explosives and objects containing them, ammunition, pyrotechnic devices, and rockets;
9. Compressed and liquefied gases, and gases for domestic use;
10. Poisonous, toxic, and irritating substances;
11. Flammable solids and liquids;
12. Vegetables, fruits, and berries;
13. Fermented milk products;
14. Meat deli products and sausages;
15. Cream-based confectionery (pastries and cakes);
16. Mushrooms and mushroom-based culinary products;
17. Any food products of homemade (non-industrial) origin;
18. Products requiring special storage temperature conditions and products with a shelf life of less than 7 days.

In the event of a violation of the established rules, the participant will be expelled from the Forum. At the same time, an official notification detailing the violations will be sent to the educational institution.

The following are prohibited at the Forum:
1. Being on the Forum premises without permission from the Management;
2. Bringing, storing, consuming, or distributing alcoholic beverages (including low-alcohol beverages such as beer, wine, cocktails, etc.), narcotic drugs, and psychotropic substances;
3. Smoking on the Forum premises, including the use of electronic cigarettes;
4. Using open flames, building fires, and using devices with open flames;
5. Damaging or destroying vegetation, natural features, and architectural structures on the Forum premises;
6. Moving equipment during events held at the Forum and interfere with the participation of other delegations and teams;
7. Bringing animals onto the premises;
8. Using profanity and violate standards of conduct in public places;
9. Organizing provocations, holding rallies, or staging protests;
10. Swimming in areas not designated for that purpose;
11. Taking other people’s belongings or items;
12. Leaving the Forum venue.
